Is the chairman of the commission for racial equality, actually a racist?

Following the recent comments made by the chairman of the CRE, it seems that the wrong person may be in charge of the commission.

The chairman seems to be pursuing his own agenda, which appears to positively discriminate against any individual who is not of 'black' African descent. Should he now be removed or is he just jumping on the bandwagon.
