How much is the " generous grant" the BNP are offering minorities to leave the uk?

As a Swiss / Brit presumably I should be able to apply for this grant? Does anyone know how much it is? Surely anybody planning to emigrate should (once their national status in the new country is affirmed) be able to get this grant should the BNP come into power. With 400,000 people emigrating from the UK each year, how much are the BNP providing for us? (and presumably it'll grow considerably, once the grant is in place)
