What happens if my dog swallow a KFC chicken bone?

Today I accidentally dropped 2 chicken bones from KFC and my dog started biting both of it and swallowed it. It's a lhasa apso dog or a shih tzu. I tried to take it out but it keeps biting me really hard. Please tell me whats going to happened?
